子供が迷子になりました。
This summer Osamu came to Hawaii with his wife, sister-in-law, and two children. Although we had jet lag, we went to the department store. They found a really good store and the adults were estatic about finding children’s clothing. During that time, the eldest child got lost and the younger one ran around a broke a display. That first day of their vacation, they had a hard time.
If the children break something small, you probably won’t have to pay. But some small stores have a sign that says, if you break it, you have to pay for it. They put this sign up because they can’t afford to pay for broken items.
この夏は、親戚の家族と共にハワイへやってきました。時差ぼけ（jet lag）をものともせず、早速、みんなで百貨店へ出かけました。大人たちが子供の服を探すのに夢中になっているうちに、上の子は迷子になり、下の子は館内をはしゃぎまわって、陳列物をこわしてしまいました。さんざんな休暇初日となりました。
子供を連れていると、思いがけないハプニングに出会い、肝を冷やすことも多いかと思います。子供が迷子になった時の為には、子供の特徴などをメモしておいたり、名札などを持たせると安心かもしれません。出来事に従って、参考になる表現例をあげてみましょう。
